Welcome!  Our focus at Forged is Sports Performance for athletes and training for adults who are interested in more of a "performance" aspect to their fitness.  Our offerings fall into these 3 categories: Sports Performance, Adult Fitness, and Personal Training.  Click the calendar in the sidebar for a schedule.

Our Sports Performance classes offer speed/agility and plyometrics/weights.  They are separated into the classes below.  In addition, they are offered in a 1, 2, or 3 day a week membership, a 10 class pack, or even individual sessions.  We want to be a flexible as possible for our busy clients.

Classes:

Speed and Agility- running technique, drills, and power development
Strength and Power for Sport- our "weight room" class.  Includes plyometrics and full body strength training
Total Athletic Performance- simply a combination of both classes above
